The Organisation for European Programmes and Cultural Relations - OEPCR, in cooperation with Materahub and the Anna Lindh Foundation, organises the training programme "Entrepreneurial, horizontal and digital capacity building for creative and cultural professionals in the Euro-Mediterranean region".
The programme is based on advanced training methodologies developed in the framework of EU-funded initiatives such as the DEUS and CYANOTYPES programmes and is aimed at professionals active in the cultural and creative sectors in the Euro-Mediterranean region.
At least 30 professionals active in cultural and creative sectors, with balanced participation of South partner countries (Egypt, Lebanon and Jordan only) and North partner countries (EU members and candidate states), will have the opportunity (once selected) to participate in the programme.
The aim of the programme is to improve the skills and support the digital transition of cultural and creative actors active in the Euro-Mediterranean region. In particular, participants will have the opportunity to enhance their cross-cutting creative skills which include developing and managing creative and cultural business ventures, developing self-awareness, critical thinking, problem-solving, promoting effective communication and teamwork, and improving their ability to use digital tools, all integrated in the context of Euro-Mediterranean cooperation.
Τhe programme, to be delivered in October 2024, through an online learning platform, will include three thematic courses with a flexible learning schedule, totalling approximately 25 hours, and five weekly live sessions of 60 minutes each.
Following the completion of the online component of the programme, and in order to complement the online training programme, a final four-day live training and networking event will be organised, which will take place in Cyprus between 6 and 9 December 2024.
Upon completion of the programme, participants will be awarded an internationally recognised Training Certificate.
The training programme is offered free of charge.
Deadline for applications: 15 September 2024.
